Day by day
Your itinerary
Timings and camps can shift with the season and wildlife; your guide adapts each day to give you the best sightings.
Day 1: Fly into the Serengeti
Morning flight from Arusha to the Serengeti; your guide begins the game drive from the airstrip. Settle into a luxury tented camp.
Day 2: Seronera Valley
Morning and afternoon game drives along the Seronera River, home to resident lion prides and some of the best leopard viewing in East Africa.
Day 3: Following the herds
An extended day drive to wherever the migration is, north or south of camp depending on the season, with a bush lunch to stay out with the herds.
Day 4: Remote wilderness
Explore quieter corridors far from other vehicles. An optional sunrise balloon flight can start the day.
Day 5: To the crater rim
A last morning drive in the Serengeti, then a scenic road transfer past the Olduvai Gorge to a luxury lodge on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 6: Crater floor and return
A final morning on the crater floor before the scenic drive back to Arusha, or a short flight from the Lake Manyara airstrip.
